Service Description

Your Day of Coordinator will focus on the last 3-4 weeks prior to your event/wedding day. Here are the services provided: * Offer ongoing advice * Assist with your timeline * Collect vendor contracts/contact info * Contact vendors re - arrival, set-up, and teardown * Send out timeline/vendor list to all vendors * Attend/coordinate rehearsal & work with your officiant * 1st to arrive at venue on day of event/wedding Direct all vendors Set up personal items Manage timing and flow of day Be your point of contact for all questions/concerns Take care of personal items at end of day
