Full Service Event/Wedding

If you prefer assistance with ideas, decisions, connections, vendor choices, etc., throughout the entire planning process, we will put everything together to design your special day.

For most events, except weddings, we need 6-8 months out from your event day to plan all those details. For weddings, we need about 10-12 months out from your wedding day to create your special day. For those who have less than 6 months (or 10 months for weddings) fear not, there is still time for us to creatively help you through this. Beautiful events/weddings are not impossible to pull off in a short amount of time... if you are willing to be flexible in some areas.

Partial Services

If you have the ability/availability to plan part of your own event/wedding, but would like assistance in some areas, we can help. We offer a variety of services including, but not limited to: hiring/managing vendors, selecting unique furniture/design pieces, calligraphy/hand lettering, styling your venue the day of your event, and/or a Day Of Coordinator. We need about 2-3 months out from the day of your event, or 4-5 months out from the day of your wedding, to add those special touches.

Day of Event/Wedding Coordinator

On your event/wedding day, the main role of the

Day-Of Coordinator is to ensure that all of your plans are carried out smoothly. Any challenges/surprises that may arise are handled discreetly and quickly.

 

The ultimate job of our Day-Of Coordinator is to watch over/manage the details and events of your day. As a result, you, your family, friends, and/or staff may feel free to relax and enjoy the event.

Calligraphy/Hand Lettering Services
Booking

I also offer calligraphy/hand lettering services. This is a service independent of my planning services, so you do not need to have me as your event planner in order to secure my calligraphy/hand lettering services. Please look through the images here on the website, as it provides a good sampling of my work. My prices are flexible, and based on the scope of work required for your project.
